Keep the fan, blades and selected fittings together in their original packing until they have been checked against the order record. Delivery is $19.00 below $300 in merchandise, and included from $300; the calculation uses the merchandise amount before any welcome reduction. Do not arrange electrical work around the order reference alone.
Before sending an item back
A return enquiry should state the model, the fitting concerned, its condition and the reference. An installed fan and an unopened stem may need different assessment and packing instructions. Wait for instructions for that item rather than sending it to a general address or a location printed on another parcel.
